Before I begin, I’m sorry to all my readers for taking so long to post! With this move, my brain has been everywhere but on my blog! Currently, we have no decent internet at our new place, so I braved a snowstorm to get a table at Starbucks to crank this out. Don’t get me wrong, there are worse things than sitting at Starbucks, sipping on my venti coconut milk latte, feeling nice and toasty. It is annoying, however, to have to drive in a blizzard and pray to God that the drive back doesn’t send me and my car into the median! Oh well, it’s worth it for the blog and the gram 😉 The things we do for social media…but, I digress. Let’s talk bridal, shall we? I’m starting a series with this post where I’ll give you all the bridal inspo your heart can handle! From makeup, to bridal event wear, to hairpieces, etc. I’ve got you covered. So, here’s the first look of the bridal series!

Let’s start with the makeup. Tamar did an UH-MAZING job with this look. It was the perfect amount of glam and subtlety. I feel like this is the look brides are going for this season-not overly done, but enough to see that your eyes pop with that romantic metallic shimmer and you skins glows that sultry bronze. I’m obsessed with this look, and I would’ve TOTALLY made this my bridal look if I was getting married again! I may or may not have worn my makeup for two days….but, who’s counting?!

Whoever said “a good hair day is all you need” wasn’t lying! These two looks that Tamar effortlessly created were works of art! The updo was a beautiful recreating of a classic style, but she added the whimsical aspect with the soft, loose curls falling over my shoulder. It embodied classic chic with a softer side. I loved it, because I’ve never liked everything tightly pulled back, so when she undid she of the structure, I found a new crush in that pulled back updo. The final touch was adding that clip, and I felt like I was a starlet in the 1930s. The second hairstyle, was more like what I wore for my own reception! I’m loving the half up, half down wedding styles. It gives you the best of both worlds. It’s really good for the brides who are weary of updos or want a more casual glam style for their big day. Adding the flower crown gave me total boho vibes, and I’m just obsessed with that. Adding a simple hairpiece or flowers can instantly transform any style into something wedding-worthy! This style could also be really fun for any of your bridal events-rehearsal dinner, engagement party, etc. You could even do both looks-the half up for the rehearsal dinner, and the updo for your wedding day. The possibilities are endless!

How about that jumpsuit, though?! This linen jumpsuit are what jumpsuit dreams are made of! It was utilitarian by provided deep pockets that can actually hold more than an earring stud, but it stayed quite feminine with the bow detailing and the sweetheart neckline. The sexy, modest cutout was a sassy touch, as well. Finally, the tapered cut was a fantastic addition, because it allows tall and shorter women to look good in this style. It’s super comfortable, so you don’t even feel like you’re wearing something so spring-chic, which is obviously a major plus. This jumpsuit would be perfect for any spring or summer wedding festivities-bachelorette party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, you name it! It’s lightweight fabric, feminine design, and cut are exactly what brides should look for in their wedding event wear. You can shop the look by clicking the images below. Happy shopping, and I look forward to seeing you in my closet again soon!

Sarah
